Jon has also effectively represented public and private employers in Northeast Ohio regarding their labor and employment law matters for over 35 years.

Jon’s labor law experience is vast and varied. He has negotiated well in excess of 100 union contracts, in many cases involving high-profile and high-stakes negotiations. He has also successfully litigated dozens of labor arbitrations and numerous matters before the National Labor Relations Board and the State Employment Relations Board.

Jon’s employment law experience has entailed representing clients both in Northeast Ohio and in various locations throughout the United States. His services range from day-to-day counseling, problem solving and crisis management to representing clients before state and federal agencies, and state and federal courts. Jon has litigated cases to numerous favorable dismissals as well as favorable jury verdicts in state and federal courts.
